Can I start and finish the course when I like?

No, all courses have start points and end points, and this is non transferable.

How many learning hours are the courses?

All courses are constructed to provide you with 10 hours per week, as a student. That is 10 hours total time, including all research, activities and assignments. Naturally this number is somewhat different for each unique student, but provides a rough estimate.

What level of English language is suitable for SAEOnLine courses?

The following is a basic requirement in order to cope with courses taught in the English language.

IELTS Academic Test (band 5 or above)

or

TOEFL Test with an overall grade of 550 or above (paper-based)

or

TOEFL Test with an overall grade of 213 or above (computer-based)

How Do The Grades Work?

The following grading is used in all courses

  • 0 - 39 Fail
  • 39 - 54 Pass
  • 55 - 69 Merit
  • 70 - 100 Distinction
  • Upon completion you will be eligible to claim an SAEOnLine Course Completion Certificate (CCC) with your course grade printed on it, which can be downloaded.

How are my courses assessed?

You will be expected to carry out weekly activities (both theoretical and practical) which will form part of your on-going assessment and result in an accumulative grade for the course.
